Mandie Perdikakis
Director of Organizational Development

My role as Director of Organizational Development is to promote the social media, marketing, sales and recruiting efforts of GPA. This includes identifying new business opportunities and converting these opportunities to successful sales resulting in more satisfied clients, candidates and associates.

In 1996, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from DAAP at the University of Cincinnati. Participating in their Co-op program afforded me opportunities to work and live in New York City and travel through Europe as a student. 

I embarked on a 25-year career in the luxury market of the fashion business as a product leader directing the research, development and design efforts from concept through production. Partnering internationally with overseas vendors and suppliers required frequent sourcing and quality control trips to China, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Italy and Peru. Most recently I worked for the contemporary brand Vince in LA as Director of Knitwear Production. Prior to LA, I worked in NYC for Elie Tahari, Ralph Lauren and White + Warren in various capacities including Product Development, R&D and Design.

In 2016, I became Yoga Alliance certified in Vinyasa Krama yoga (the study of movement and sequence methodology). My practice and teachings encompass the concept that the foundation provides extension, expansion and expression. 

My present day focus has evolved. My product is people; the engagement of and the wellness of people. I’m enthusiastic and grateful for this opportunity to promote the growth of our family business in partnership with the dedicated staff of GPA; alongside my siblings Lynn and George and my eldest nephew Gus C.; and with the leadership of my parents, Gus and Jo Ann.
