Director of Staffing

I have been with GPA for 10 years now! I started as a Recruiter in September 2011 where my primary focus was sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates. I have since been promoted to Director of Staffing where I have the privilege of managing a great team of Recruiters and Account Managers at our corporate office in Mason. In addition to overseeing part of our internal staff, I also manage several client relationships for local and international companies within the design, architecture, engineering, automation, consumer products manufacturing and retail industries; and of course, I still recruit! 

Although my role at GPA has grown to encompass staff management, client relations and project management, I still consider my candidates and employees (both past and present) to be my primary focus. After 15 years in this industry, I still enjoy the basics of recruiting—sourcing, networking, interviewing, coaching, all in hopes of assisting others in moving their career forward. Finding the right job can be life-changing and I am grateful to be a part of that!

Outside of work, I stay busy with family and friends, camping, hiking, canoeing and working out. In addition, I successfully managed a 2018 season winning fantasy football team!
